The building in the center of Vienna was converted into a hotel and an attic was added. In addition to integrating a 5-star hotel into the listed building from the 17th century, ways were found to accommodate a gourmet kitchen with modern technical equipment for the hotel's restaurant area.
During the modernization, the building was equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation, heating, air conditioning and sanitary facilities. The heating and cooling energy is supplied by district heating and district cooling connections.
